Terms of Service

Please read before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding my commissioning process, please refer to this Terms of Service.Please put my social media handle and tag me if you post/repost my artwork on social media. This includes Instagram, pixiv, Twitter, Discord, DeviantArt, and Facebook. The client has the right to use and distribute the finished commission as they please as long as they do not make profit off of it, use it for illegal purposes, or claim it as their own work. I, the artist, retain the copyright for commissioned artwork and commercial rights unless decided on specifically with the client.

Before you commission me

I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason.I will not copy another artist’s art style or trace another artist’s work, I will only create artwork in my personal art style, as shown in the examples above.I require 100% of the payment before starting on a commission. All payments will be processed through PayPal through the Artistree platform. I work on a first-come first-served basis. After the payment has been processed, the wait time for a commission is a maximum of 3 weeks. The commissioned product will take its time. Depending on queue, free time, complexity and well-being a piece may be finished sooner or later. More communication may take place. If any unforeseen event takes place, alternative solutions may be discussed with the client. The client has the right to request insight regarding the process at any time.

Commission Process

After discussing the content of the commission with the client, I will send one rough sketch and allow up to 3 changes free of charge. Any major changes after will require extra cost, which will be decided case by case. After approval of the rough sketch, I will move onto the next process of the artwork. If the commission falls under the 'sketchy' category, the client will not receive a rough draft but instead a sketch in which the process ends there. I will contact the client after I have finished each stage of the drawing: rough sketch, lineart, and rendering. For each stage, the client has 3 free changes. Any additional major changes will require extra cost, which will be decided case by case. Small changes with each stage do not require additional fees.If at any point the I feel the need to end the commission, depending on level of completion and complexity of the requested work, the client may receive a refund. However, if there is such a situation where the commission process ends after a 'fully rendered' artwork is past the rendering stage, 'manga-style inked' is past the effect stage, or 'character sheet' category commission is past the rendering and/or coloring stage, a refund will not be provided.
